Our Educational Goals
Woodlands Nursery and Pre school have been inspected and validated by OFSTED. Kent County Council has an 'Early Years Development Plan', which means that your child will receive Early Years Funding from the term following their third birthday.
All of the children at Woodlands Nursery receive education based on the the requirements of OFSTED. We aim to make this as interesting and enjoyable as we possibly can.
These areas include:
Personal and Social development
Language and Literacy
Mathematics
Knowledge and Understanding of the World
Physical Development
Creative Development
All of the above are aimed at meeting the Early Learning Goals as set out by the Department of Education.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
Your child does not have to start school until the term after their FIFTH birthday!
Think of all the advantages of Woodlands Nursery & Preschool:

- You don't have to pay someone else to pick them up from school then care for them until you return from work.
- We open 51 weeks per year, so you don't have to make alternative arrangements at half terms or during the school holidays.
