A Typical Day at Woodlands

A typical day at Woodlands Nursery and Pre-school consists of pre-school education, art and craft work, quiet time, story time, as well as free and structured play. Woodlands Nursery have a large garden which we utilise, weather permitting. This is well used during the summer months and gives the children the opportunity to play freely and burn off that surplus energy at the nursery! We are in the process of applying for funding to re-vamp the garden, we hope to have an area of Wetpour type, ruberised flooring so that the children experience a safer floor covering outside. We also hope to have a 4mt square canopy to give the children shelter from the sun and rain and have the garden landscaped to make it more inviting and give the children a better experience while staying safe. 

We are pleased to anounce that, due to our retirement the nursery will continue under the ownership of Sarah and Andrea, our Supervisor and Deputy, from the start of the new term.

Peter & Linda wish them every success for the future and are certain that they will continue to recieve the support of all our families as have done so in the past
