Our Meals

At Woodlands Nursery and Pre-school it is our aim to provide all of our children with wholesome, nutritious and balanced meals.

Woodlands only the finest available fresh fruit and vegetables in our meals, and operate a three weekly rotating menu.  This means that your child gets a varied diet, even if they attend for only one session per week.

The menu is posted in the nursery entrance and is available from a staff member if you need a copy.

Woodlands Nursery and Pre-school have been awarded the 'Clean Food Award' for the two years prior to its demise. Our kitchen is inspected periodical by Swale Borough Council. Our meals are structured around the governments "Healthy Plate" initiative.

 

Woodlands can cater for special dietary needs.

Included in the fee is a two course dinner or tea, depending on the chosen sessions. 

If you wish to discuss your child's diet with our cook please ask to speak to Sylvie.

 

We are pleased to anounce that, due to our retirement the nursery will continue under the ownership of Sarah and Andrea, our Supervisor and Deputy, from the start of the new term.

Peter & Linda wish them every success for the future and are certain that they will continue to recieve the support of all our families as have done so in the past
